RETURNS POLICY

Any product that has been unopened and unused, there is a 14-day period where the socks are eligible for return and a refund will be granted. If the socks have been opened or used, they can no longer be eligible for a refund. If the product is of company fault, eg. wrong colour socks or incorrect quantity according to the order history, a refund will be provided, and any other cost will be determined by consideration of the situation. Refunds cannot be issued to a customer if the shipping Information provided is incorrect and a replacement order will not be lodged as compensation for the customer.

A refund can be processed from between (2-5) business days and after an agreement has been reached by both parties a refund will be determined which, to receive your new products it can take anywhere from (7-35) business days, depending on the location of the parcel. If a refund of the product is not what the customer is after, a bank transfer and full refund will be provided after being determined by the consideration of the situation.

WHAT DOES GRIPTECH NOT COVER?

 

socks will not be refunded if the instructions of how to maintain the socks weren’t followed as listed, (an issue of this statement will be emailed to you after a purchase was lodged by the customer). Otherwise a refund will not be granted is wearing the socks without adequate footwear or a coming together in various circumstances with another player. 

 

WARRANTY

If a sock is a manufacturing malfunction eg. grips are not the way they should be printed, faded colours or any other manufacturing problems, provide adequate photos or information of the faulty product and send those to our email at (griptechsocks@outlook.com) and a reply will be processed within 24 hours.
